Photos selected for face replacement

The browser validates and displays your selected photos locally using object URLs. This application does not send those images to a processing server or save the image files in local storage. Removing a photo or leaving the setup releases its preview reference. The frontend does not replace a face, create a biometric identity profile, or train a model with the selected images.

Template videos and local drafts

The tool uses one fixed source video and does not ask you to choose or upload another video. Lead singer is required; Keys and Sax are optional. Saving a setup records its draft version, random identifier, fixed template identifier, face-role mapping, portrait count, frame preference, audio setting, and creation time in browser local storage. It does not save photo files or file names. Clear site data to remove the draft. It is not synchronized across devices.

Media delivery and hosting

The fixed template video and poster are served by this site’s host. Displaying or playing them makes a request to that host, which may receive network information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and operational logs. The frontend does not send your portrait files with these media requests or add separate advertising pixels.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, with measurement ID G-JYE87YWLWX, to understand page visits and site interactions. The Google tag may use cookies and process browser, device, and usage information. This integration does not pass portrait files, file names, or saved face mappings to Google Analytics. You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings. Google processes analytics data according to its services and your applicable choices.

PayPal sandbox checkout

Choosing a pack can open PayPal’s sandbox checkout. Sign in with a PayPal sandbox buyer account on that page. Test checkout does not charge real money or enable video processing. When browser credits are enabled, completed test payments add separate sandbox credits. PayPal receives the sandbox checkout information entered on its page. The site exchanges checkout and order identifiers and uses a signed HttpOnly receipt cookie to verify the test status. Portraits and saved face mappings are not included in that checkout request.

Anonymous browser credits

No account or login is required. When you start a checkout with browser credits enabled, we set a random, first-party HttpOnly cookie to recognize this browser. We do not use a device fingerprint. A hash of that identifier, order and capture identifiers, pack details, payment status, and test-credit grants are stored in Cloudflare D1 through a private Worker accessed by our Vercel server. The browser cookie lasts up to one year and is renewed when you start another checkout. Orders and credit records remain until you request deletion or they are no longer needed for the service and payment records. Clearing cookies, private browsing, switching browsers, or using another device prevents automatic access to the original balance. Keep your PayPal order receipt for support; an order identifier alone is not proof of ownership. We temporarily store hashed network identifiers for checkout initialization rate limiting. These expire within 30 minutes and expired records are removed during subsequent initialization requests. No email, password, portrait, or face mapping is collected by the browser-credit ledger.

Future video processing

Kling 4.0 by Kling AI has been selected for the intended face replacement workflow, but processing is not active in the current deployment. Face replacement will require the fixed source video and mapped portrait references to reach the actual processing service. Before enabling it, this policy must identify the providers, purpose, retention periods, deletion options, and support contact. Generated-video storage and live paid checkout are not present now. Browser-credit storage, when enabled, records sandbox test credits only. The local face-mapping preview does not request payment details or promise unverified future retention rules.

Operator and privacy contact

Tiny Desk AI is an independent project operated by an individual. For questions about your information or requests to access, correct, or delete information you have shared with us, email support@tinydeskai.vip. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. PayPal independently handles information entered in its checkout; see its Privacy Policy for information about its practices.

Your choices

You can read the guides without selecting a photo. Use only adult portraits with permission, remove selected images when finished, and clear stored draft settings if you no longer need them. A face replacement consent checkbox does not authorize using somebody else’s identity without their permission.
