What the tool is designed to do
Tiny Desk AI is a face replacement interface for one fixed office-concert video. Upload a clear adult portrait for Lead singer, then optionally add Keys and Sax portraits. The intended edit preserves the source performance while changing those mapped facial identities. A photo supplies the face reference; the source supplies the body, outfit, instrument performance, and singing voice.
What the template provides
The configured source video supplies its performers, actions, room, camera movement, and timing. It is available to watch in the tool. Lead singer is required for a setup preview; leaving Keys or Sax empty keeps that original face. The site uses this fixed video throughout the workflow. Source footage and any retained soundtrack must have appropriate permissions.

What is available now
This version supports local photo validation, three labeled face slots, prompt copying, and saved settings previews. Photos remain in the browser. PayPal sandbox checkout is available for the listed packs; it does not charge real money, add video credits, or enable processing. Video face replacement, accounts, live paid checkout, and the server credit ledger are not connected. The displayed source video has not been edited with your photos.
AI model
Kling 4.0 by Kling AI has been selected for the intended face replacement workflow. The current public site is a local setup preview: its video processing API is not yet active, and no face replacement is performed in this deployment. We will update this disclosure with the verified provider and model configuration before processing is enabled.
Clear parody and audio boundaries
This independent project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by NPR. It does not use NPR logos, program introductions, real concert screenshots, or artist endorsements. The “Outstanding” recording is not supplied, embedded, or downloaded. Face replacement does not clone a voice or create a new song. Review any completed edit before sharing it as clearly labeled parody.
